If you pre-register for a one-on-one session or live class and are not going to make it, you must CANCEL 24 HOURS AHEAD OF TIME. There are no refunds.
If you failed to cancel your appointment within the 24 hours of you time slot, your payment will NOT be returned. You may however, use the class/hour credit toward a later date. This policy is in place to ensure that no one is missing out on getting the help they need. With 20+ million people unemployed (or underemployed) in the USA you can imagine that we have very limited space available right now.
During any live (in-person) private session, or classroom live presentation, we will observe all social distancing protocol as set by the State of NY. Upon entry and exit and during class times, please respect the other students’ space. We will wear face masks and practice safe distancing (6’ apart) at all times.
We ask that you do not attend class if you are feeling ill or irregular with regard to your session. You may always choose to participate via video or live-stream instead.
